The price of battery chips rebounded slightly, and the price of the industrial chain remained stable as a whole

Silicon material

This week, the price of polysilicon material remained stable. The mainstream transaction price of single crystal re-feeding material was 67 yuan/KG, and the leading transaction price of single crystal compact material was 65 yuan/KG. The latest quotation for N-type materials is 75 yuan per kilogram.

From the perspective of supply, some polysilicon companies are still in the state of suspension of production and maintenance, so the inventory pressure has been reduced. From the perspective of demand, almost all the orders in July have been signed, so the overall transaction volume of polysilicon this week is relatively small. As the price of polysilicon is gradually approaching the cost line, and at the same time, there are factors that reduce inventory pressure, polysilicon companies are very willing to raise prices, and the overall price remains stable. It is expected that in the third quarter, N-type cells will be put into production one after another, which will lead to an increase in our demand for N-type silicon materials. At the same time, the price difference between N-type and P-type silicon materials is expected to widen further.

silicon wafer

This week, silicon wafer prices rebounded slightly, with the main transaction price of M10 silicon wafers at 2.85 yuan per piece, and the main transaction price of G12 silicon wafers at 3.8 yuan per piece.

Recently, on the supply side, many silicon wafer companies have increased their productivity, thereby gradually increasing the supply of silicon wafers; on the demand side, the increase in the purchase demand of battery wafer companies has not met expectations. This week, leading silicon wafer companies raised the price of silicon wafers, and other companies followed suit, resulting in a slight rebound in the price of M10 monocrystalline silicon wafers, while the price of G12 monocrystalline silicon wafers remained stable for the time being. Due to the continuous increase in the inventory of silicon wafers and the limited growth of overall downstream demand, it is expected that the price of silicon wafers may fall in the future.

Cell prices fluctuated slightly this week. The average transaction price of M10 cells is 0.72 yuan/W, and the average transaction price of G12 cells is 0.74 yuan/W. The price of M10 monocrystalline TOPCon cells is 0.79 yuan per watt.

At present, the overall supply and demand relationship of cells is relatively balanced. In terms of supply, battery cell companies basically maintain high productivity; in terms of demand, some component companies are actively stocking up, the demand for M10 cells increases, and the price rises slightly; the demand for G12 cells and TOPCon cells is relatively weak , the price is stable with a drop.

This week's module prices remained unchanged compared to last week. The mainstream transaction price of 182 single-sided monocrystalline PERC modules is 1.33 yuan per watt, the mainstream transaction price of 210 single-sided monocrystalline PERC modules is 1.35 yuan per watt, and the transaction price of 182 double-sided double-glass monocrystalline PERC modules is 1.35 yuan per watt The mainstream transaction price of 210 double-sided double-glass monocrystalline PERC modules is 1.37 yuan per watt.

In terms of supply, although the production capacity of component companies has improved, the overall operating conditions have not improved significantly. In terms of demand, terminal projects have not yet been launched on a large scale, and the demand for component procurement still needs to be observed. At present, the price of upstream raw materials is gradually stabilizing, which has a certain guarantee for the price of components, so the price is currently stable. In general, the price of the industry chain remains stable as a whole, and is currently waiting for the restart of terminal demand.

In terms of auxiliary materials, the price of glass remained stable this week. The mainstream price of glass with a thickness of 3.2mm was 25.5 yuan/㎡, and the mainstream price of glass with a thickness of 2.0mm was 18 yuan/㎡. Recently, some new kilns have been fired up, which has led to an increase in the production capacity of photovoltaic glass. However, most component companies are still depleting their own inventories, resulting in limited actual transaction volume. Therefore, the price of glass is expected to remain stable in the short term.
